Lost cPanel password

Because your cPanel password is encrypted when it is stored, we are not able to retrieve it for you. If you have lost your cPanel username or password, you will need to submit a support ticket.

You can open a new support ticket and request a password reset.

Note:  You cannot reset your cPanel password yourself.  You need to contact HostUpon support for password resets.
